Yes, that really was Warren Buffett at a Dairy Queen the other day in Ralston, NE, serving the new S'mores flavor Blizzard to help promote it. He's quite a fan. Even had on a Dairy Queen tie. Oh yes, and his company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns DQ.

The Sergio Garcia/Tiger Woods feud continues with the first apology. It happened after Garcia said he would have Tiger Woods over "for fried chicken" during the U.S. Open.

Kellie Pickler won "Dancing with the Stars" this year. The two-hour live results show was up 44% from last week, but it was the lowest-rated finale for DWTS ever, down 13% from November, 2012 and down 21% from its last spring finale on May 22.

Aretha Franklin is taking the month of June off to rest and get a medical treatment (not specified), then will return to the concert trail in July.

A study from a group of German and Swiss doctors says seriously fat people who survive heart attacks live longer than their thinner counterparts. Ironically, while obesity may increase the risks of a heart attack, it also increases the chances of long-term survival afterwards. The reasons are not completely known, but obese and very obese patients who have been treated for a heart attack are less than half as likely to die in the next three years as people with a normal body mass index.

Suddenly, superhero movies have become COOL, even with the ladies. According to a new survey, 77% of women say superhero and comic book movies are great for dates . . . even FIRST dates. 

Last October, a 51-year-old man in England shoplifted an $18 package of beef from a grocery store.  And at his trial this week, he explained why.  When he was a little boy, he and his grandmother would go to the grocery store and he would help HER shoplift.  She's been dead for decades, but he was reminiscing about her and shoplifted in her honor.  He was sentenced to two years of probation.

On Saturday, in Washington, a 21-year-old guy and his friend were messing around with some handcuffs they bought at a thrift shop . . . and the 21-year-old ended up getting LOCKED in the cuffs.  He went to the police station for help.  They ran his name, they found out he had an outstanding warrant . . . and arrested him.  There's no word if they re-cuffed him.
