The worst boss of the week? A pregnant woman who says her boss at a T-Mobile Call Center in Nashville made her clock out every time she needed to use the bathroom. Kristi Rifkin's doctor ordered her to drink more water, which increased her trips to the bathroom. Her employer has a policy which allows two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch. Rifkin ended up using vacation time to use the bathroom and go to doctor's appointments. And to top it off, she was fired a month and a half after returning to work.
MAN ACCUSED OF STEALING SKATEBOARD _ A 21-year-old man in Florida is facing charges for allegedly stealing from a 14-year-old boy. Police said Cary Lamar Howard demanded cash, but the boy didn't have any money. So he took the boy's skateboard instead.
