So, more chocolate doesn't necessarily mean more fat. Scientists examined the chocolate intake of 1,458 kids age 12½ to 17½ and found those who had more chocolate (1½ ounces a day versus less than a quarter of an ounce) actually had lower BMIs, regardless of sex, age, and other diet factors.
