Ham with "Mom's" Raisin Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry Colman's mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raisins 
Directions:

Mix together the Brown Sugar, Mustard & Cornstarch.
 
Slowly add the Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Lemon Peel, Water & Raisins.
 
Stir over low heat until thick.  Serve warm over ham.
