Alex's Pet of the Week this week is "Ellie"
My name is Ellie and I am a very cute little Blue Tick/Basset Hound mix. Have you read about my best friend Annie in the previous listing? If you haven't, I would very much appreciate it if you would do so, right after you finish reading about me. You see, we would like very much to be adopted together because we have been best friends our entire lives. It was awful to lose our previous home and we don't want to lose each other as well. Two dogs would just mean twice the enjoyment, and the shelter is offering a reduced adoption fee to increase the adoption potential of keeping us together. The normal adoption fee would be $115.00 each. If we are adopted together the fee (for both of us) will be $150.00. I am a very sweet and lovable girl who adores everyone including other dogs. I am a friendly, calm and easy going girl. I have not had obedience training of any kind, but I am quite intelligent and a very well behaved little girl. I am current on my rabies vaccination and I keep my kennel clean, so I am most likely housebroken. I am 8 years old and a spayed female who seems to be just a tad overweight. I do very well on leash, so maybe you could help me to lose a few pounds by taking me on a walk every day. I know that my best friend would love that too.

Ellie is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered
